According to AsMAP of Ukraine, from the beginning of December, 2012 in Kiev the criminal grouping spending the international cargo auto transport with fictitious requisites of one of the companies operates.


As if a gang carrying out the international cargo auto transportation, using fictitious requisites of the nonexistent enterprise of Open Company "Tandem" (Kiev, street Dovbusha, 10а), offers the services to forwarding firms for delivery of valuable cargoes (to 40 000 dollars USA) from countries of Western Europe. Malefactors conclude fictitious contracts with expeditions, using the named requisites and forged seals.

After the conclusion of the contract and carrying out of necessary procedures СMR - cargo insurance, the vehicle goes with cargo to countries of Western Europe. In the criminal scheme they use the state license plates of the car and the semitrailer (AA 5114 ET, AA 4904 MA) which are registered on other cars. In dialogue with a management of nonexistent dispatch (pseudo-director Romanenko Valery Pavlovich) and the driver mobile communication with time cards is used only. After loading the goods are abducted and realized in cash under criminal schemes.
